Dr.S.Pratap Reddy is the Founder Chairman of Dhruva College of Management. After a fruitful stint of 30 years at JNTU, he took voluntary retirement only to promote Dhruva in 1995. He has guided BE, M.Tech, MBA projects; consulted for various industries and has produced Ph.Ds. Dr. Reddy has authored innumerable number of research articles, organized/chaired several national as well as international conferences. He is on the boards of several universities and institutions. He visited UK as British Council visiting professor and USA at the invitation of University of Miami, ATA. He is a life member of Association of British Scholars, AMDISA, HMA, AIMA, AIMS, and NIESBUD. He is a trustee of SAFE, Manu Foundation—both NGOs. He is the recipient of several awards including Lions Club Best Teacher, Asia Best B-School award for outstanding contribution to education.

Prof. Pushpalatha is the Founder Registrar. She worked for several NGOs and acted as director at M/S Mikro Flo Filters before joining Dhruva. She takes care of student counseling, public relations and financial administration. She has attended various national and international conferences. She takes active interest in AMDISA activities.

Dr UB Raju graduated in Electrical Engineering. He did his post-graduation in Industrial Engineering and doctorate in Management Science. After working in Steel Authority of India (SAIL) for eight years, he pursued his academic career and superannuated as Director of the School of Enterprise Management, National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme), an autonomous institute of Government of India. He travelled to USA, UK, Japan, Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore, and Srilanka on academic pursuits. He has 42 publications to his credit, 14 international and 28 national.

Prior to joining DHRUVA, he worked for more than 16 years in the Marketing & Retail services Industry. He has earned cross cultural and variegated experience in the areas of Retail Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Relations. He has widely travelled across countries like the USA, Canada, Panama, Venezuela & Netherlands Antilles.

Has 10 + years of experience working in the corporate and academic industry. She has trained corporate executives, engineering and management students in the areas of Soft Skills and Human Resources. Ms. Naidu comes with her diverse experience gathered over years after extensive travelling with India and shares her experience with the students. In her association with Dhruva college of management, she has been actively involved : as the editor of the Management Journal VIDWAT, for students engagement activities, conducting webinars/ management development programs and in organizing the annual inter collegiate fest. She has been a keen researcher and has published 3 papers and a case study in journals of national repute. She completed her engineering from Allahabad Agricultural University Deemed University and post graduate diploma in business management from Institute of Management Studies. Ms. Naidu is currently pursuing her PhD in Management.

DR. BGK Murthy had done his graduation and post-graduation from Acharya Nagarjuna university. He has obtained his PhD from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. He is also qualified in UGC-NET(MANAGEMENT) Exam and participated in the FDP program of IIM Ahmedabad.He actively participated in various national conferences and presented papers . He also contributed to the journal articles in several nationally reputed journals.

Prof. Sadab Alam has 10 years experience in the banking & financial services industry. He has worked with ICICI Bank, Kotak Life Insurance and boutique investment firms before embarking on a full-time academic career. He did his an MBA in Finance from IBS, Hyderabad, where he was the recipient of merit scholarship.

An Industrial Engineer from NITIE, he has over 40 years of diverse experience.

Starting his career as an Executive on the shop-floor of Godrej & Boyce in 1979, he held positions of increasing responsibility with several then leading organizations in India, like Shriram Refrigeration, ITW Signode, Voltas and Peerless Fabrikkerne India Ltd. In four of these units he successfully led transformational change.

Progressively leveraging these skills, he took to Management Consulting in the year 1999. Through innovative approaches, he helped SMEs improve Productivity, Cash-flows and Profitability.

From 2009 to 2019, he taught Business Management at Nanchang University, and at Zhejiang Gongshang University, both in China. Drawing from his insights, he designed and delivered several Executive Development Programs for manufacturing managers in Shanghai.

Presently he is an adjunct faculty with Dhruva College of Management.

Dr. Omprakash is University second in B.Com and University first in M.Com In his 35 yrs career as management professor, he has won several awards-Best Teacher, Best doctorate fellowship, Best Research paper and worn several hats- HOD, Principal, convenor, member-Academic Boards and published research papers is various national & international journals. Dr. Ramesh Tumuluru is a Masters in Statistics and a Doctorate from IIT Bombay in Operations Research. He taught Quantitative Subjects for PG students across universities In India and abroad. He has worked at Australia, South Africa, UK and Brazil. He represented AP NCC contingent at 1982 Republic Day Parade and is a State Swimmer and Basket Ball Player. His hobbies include Sports and Reading. He Retired from TCS After 30 years of service and he is MBA (Finance) from IGNOU.

Sailesh has been a part of industry and academia for the last twenty seven years. As an Industry practioner, he has been a corporate director for more than a decade. Also he has been country head of Visionet Systems, Head of Commercial Mortgage group Wells Fargo India Solutions, and also was instrumental in setting up Default Management Solutions for Ocwen ( Later Altisource), in what was a pioneering effort. Sailesh is an Alumnus of the Accelerated Development Program of the Wharton school of Business, University of Pennsylvania and of the International Business Program of the Indian Institute of Management at Calcutta. Sailesh also has certification in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Technology and in Environment Management from the Indian Institute of Science. In other certificates, he has a Certificate in Business Analytics from the Indian Statistical Institute and a Certificate in Customer-focused product and service design from Cornell University College of Engineering. Sailesh has been a visiting Faculty at Christ (Deemed to be) University, which is ranked # 1 nationally for its BBA programme, and is a Doctoral Scholar there. Sailesh has been an applied researcher for a decade with multiple publications, along with 6 patents published and one granted. Sailesh also was the lead of the Benchmark Assesment team when Project Management Institute came out with OPM3 (Organizational Project Management Maturity model) 2 nd edition. Sailesh also was one of the co-authors of the book, CRM Handbook.

Dr. Kumar, an engineer with PhD in Management and intrapreneurial spirit. has forty three years of cross functional Industrial and institutional teaching experience. Worked extensively in Renewable Power, EPC, Thermal Power, Construction, Air / Sea Ports, Roads (BOT), Iron & Steel, Mining, Chemicals & Fertilizers, Cement, Heavy Engineering, Marine sectors. Contributed effectively in Project Management , Manufacturing, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, BPR, ERP, Learning & Development and Human Resources Management and in business development. Worked in close association with leading consultants: MAN, SEIMENS, KPMG, PwC, E&Y, SAP and Hay Group. Dr. Kumar is currently teaching Quantitative Techniques of Management.
