Terms & Conditions for Merit Scholarship Scheme
Eligibility Criteria:
- Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, entrance
exam scores, and overall achievements.
- Applicants must meet the minimum academic requirements
specified by Dhruva College.
- Only students admitted to Dhruva College programs are
eligible to apply.
Application Process:
- Scholarships are automatically considered for all eligible
candidates during the admissions process.
- Additional documentation (e.g., academic transcripts, proof
of achievements) may be required for evaluation.
- Deadlines for scholarship applications must be strictly
adhered to.
Financial Terms:
- Scholarships cover partial or full tuition fees, as per the
award terms.
- Scholarships do not include additional costs such as
accommodation, books, or other fees unless explicitly
stated.
Non-Transferability:
- Scholarships are non-transferable and cannot be deferred to
another academic year or program.
Code of Conduct:
- Scholarship recipients are expected to adhere to the
college's code of conduct and disciplinary policies.
- Any violation of college rules may result in the
cancellation of the scholarship.
Withdrawal or Cancellation:
- The college reserves the right to cancel or modify the
scholarship program at any time.
- If a student withdraws from the program, the scholarship
will be revoked, and any disbursed funds may need to be

- Scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to the
student's tuition account as per the college's schedule.

Terms & Conditions for Special Scholarship Scheme
Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must have secured above 85% marks in all
academic courses, namely:10th grade (or equivalent), 12th
grade (or Intermediate), Degree (or Undergraduate program)
or Equalent Programs.
Annual Income Criteria:
- The annual income of the candidate's parents/guardians
should not exceed ₹2,00,000.
Application Process:
- Submit a completed application form along with required
documents (academic transcripts, proof of income, etc.).
- Provide a statement of purpose or essay as specified.
Selection Criteria:
- Dr. S. Pratap Reddy Memorial Scholarship for Excellence in Management: Full tuition fee of Rs. 5,95,000.
- Dr. S. Pratap Reddy Scholar Award for Future Leaders: 50% tuition fee waiver, amounting to Rs. 2,97,500.
Scholarship Amount:
- Based on academic merit, financial need, and leadership qualities.
- Shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview or assessment.
Obligations:
- Recipients must adhere to the institution's code of conduct.
- Participation in mentorship programs or community service may be required.
Termination:
