Dr A. Kavya is an energetic and interdisciplinary management educator with 10 years of core teaching and training experience. Joining Dhruva College in August 2025, she brings a uniquely technical foundation to the business classroom, leveraging an engineering background alongside extensive specialization in human resources and marketing analytics.

Her primary research and pedagogical expertise lie at the intersection of Human Resource Management, Consumer Behaviour, and Data Analytics.
